OK thats just weird I know, but there is a reason for it. Tim and I are brewing our next batch of beer this Sunday and if you don't love the yeast the yeast wont love you back. Happy yeast makes good beer, both in Alc. content and later during bottling with Fizz. Ok that was fun...The real reason I have brought you all here is that Fridaybeers will be at our normal Redhook location tonight. Please feel free to drop a line in the comment section, and let us know what you think.

Hey, thanks for making the post this week, Blink. Yeah, you like that yeast and its all well and good until you get an infection from it. Keep the antibiotics handy... :-) Seriously, can't wait to try out the next brew batch. What was the recipe this time?
I think our regular time and place sounds like a wonderful idea - I, for one, could use a little normalcy and the comfort of something familiar.
Also FYI, probably gonna have our boss-man with us tonight. His name is Anthony, and he is in town from Denver and we need to get him drunk... He is a real nice guy and I am sure the regular crew will make him feel right at home.
