Hey, How is everyone doing this week? Man the weather has been crazy hasn't it?
Due to the fact that it was kinda busy at the Hook this last Friday, I was wondering if anyone had ideas of hanging out at a different place? Now I know some people feel obligated to stay at the Hook because they feel they have special relationships with some of the workers there ;-) But I think its OK to branch out every now and then. I was thinking of an Irish pub or other beer drinking establishment. The other option is that we could show up a little bit earlier there by increasing the chances we will get a table? Ok well these are just some idea I hope every one that reads the Blog will comment on how they feel and what ideas they have. We all have ideas and if we don't share them we are just a pack of wandering dogs looking for an Alpha male(no not you Paul) to lead the pack.

I think the fact that the hook IS crowded is a good reason to go. More scenery, if you catch my drift.....but i agreee; show up early enough to get the couches by the fireplace (and don't we have that reserved, still?)
We used to be able to reserve them but they said it was causing too much trouble so they stopped. I will try to leave here earlier this friday and get there by 5 at the latest.
Had not heard specifically one way or the other about reserving the couches. But yeah, I am good with just doing the Hook this week. We should keep bowling up there on the list of next places to go, and also start adding some other new spots, but we seem to get attached to the scene at Redhook and dont end up wanting to leave. And really that's OK, we *do* like the service there.
Maybe we could just do the movie thing afterward again...? That was cool (choice of movie permitting)... What is playing that everyone would want to see?
